Your workflow essentially stops until your cutter vendors get around to updating their plugins. By the way, in my opinion, this is one of the major drawbacks of staying on the "latest version" treadmill that's pushed hard by Adobe and Corel. Cutting Master 4 plugin which supports Coreldraw is out now. Is there a fix for this or do I need to find another cutting program that works with the CorelDraw ? I would give graphtec a call to troubleshoot - their tech support is first rate.I got x8 but so far still using x6 most of the time. The link to CM3 is there but nothing happens. I have recently upgraded to CorelDraw and can not get it to cut at all from the upgraded version.

I would it I had a newer Graphtec. If your running Windows 10, why are you messing with Coreldraw?Just enter in your serial number from your vinyl cutter and use it. Do in need to reinstall or move a. When I installed Cutting Master 4, it does not show up in my Coreldraw taskbar, as old versions did, or under the new plugins heading.
Now I have newer, faster, more accurate, equipment and software, and more than one way to skin a vinyl cat.I will try it out today. When it stopped working with my computer and SAi stopped supporting mac, my life was skewered. I am happy to hear it is made by SAi, as I used to own a cobbled together graphtec and Mac ver.Flexisign Pro. I use coreldraw at work in new job, so haven't had a chance to try out graphic pro studio.
Graphtec Pro Studio is much better than Cutting Master. If those are all made in Corel. Corel can export to use in Graphtec Pro Studio.
I picked up the graphtec ce and can't be happier. If you have seen the cutter cut from his computer then all this running around is just academic because you WILL be able to make it run on yours one way or another.I think you are worrying about that item more than you need. It drops the blade to the vinyl and then tells you which way to turn the top of the blade holder and which direction - it actually worked great. I love the illustrator.Obviously it took time to learn but no way in heck do i want to learn a new program if I can avoid it, haha. Do you guys recommend this? I use illustrator CS6 for my designs so I would only need a cutter program.What do you recommend for this plotter Graphtec CE? If you had Flexi10, why didn't you use it with the SC cutter? The correct drivers were there.

Although i don't see a function to save different settings for multiple types of materials like in the graphtec controller. A lot different than my sc so I will have quite a few questions for you guys as I dig into it.Illustrator cs6 works great with cutting master Cutting master 3 took no time at all to learn most if it's functions.

OK that's nice Erik that "Summa updates drivers in a week after Corel came out" but what does that have to do with Graphtec and this person's issue? I'm just saying that software must be uninstalled, if is not working.Uninstall, restart PC and than install new. And as a bit of a catch 22, Graphtec won't update their driver until it's users complain that it doesn't work with the latest Coreldraw So log your complaint there also and get a support ticket or else nothing will happen.I'm sure you're not alone either and there must be others who've upgraded to Coreldraw and use Graphtec cutters and are now having issues. You're at Graphtec's mercy here, not Corel's in this case. Until the Vinyl cutter vendor updates their bridge program the software that interfaces with both Coreldaw and the actual hardware driver or add-on cutting plugin, there's not much you can do unless you use an older version of Coreldraw that is compatible with the current cutter driver. Need to connect Corel with my vinyl cutter,I would personally contact Graphtec and ask them when they're going to update their software to support Coreldraw This is an ongoing problem with people upgrading to the latest Coreldraw version and using vinyl cutting software and helper plugins.It has happened to me using SignCut Productivity Pro in the past also.
